CSSD isolation
Sterile supply and dirty return flows are separated by design, with a dedicated CSSD lift directly to the operating block to prevent crossover.

A 250-bed, 14-floor medical facility engineered for zero cross-contamination, faster diagnostics, and flawless patient flow.

Evidence-based architecture
We do not just place rooms on floors. We engineer the movement between rooms so the clinical journey is faster, cleaner, and less stressful for both patients and staff.
Sterile supply and dirty return flows are separated by design, with a dedicated CSSD lift directly to the operating block to prevent crossover.
Ground floor Emergency & Trauma connects directly to 128-slice CT scans, ensuring critical diagnostic decisions happen as early as possible.
The building is designed as a medical machine, with the infrastructure tuned to support specialized hardware and carefully controlled clinical environments.
Laminar airflow, pressure monitoring, and controlled access support sterile operating environments.
Dedicated diagnostic rooms are shielded and isolated to keep imaging reliable and efficient.
IVF and embryology spaces are built as cleanrooms with tighter air-quality controls than standard care areas.
The floor stack is arranged to reduce friction, limit transfers, and keep critical services close to the points where patients enter the building.
Ground-floor ambulance access leads directly into resuscitation and observation spaces.
Dedicated lifts move patients to the operating block without crossing unrelated service paths.
Post-operative stabilization happens near the operating floor so monitored patients move less.
